Resolves one persisted BPMN connector endpoint.

Use an event endpoint for a row explicitly selected by the user. Use a contextual-Link endpoint when the visual BPMN node itself identifies the Link to request from the current graph-request Object. The two strategies are mutually exclusive for one endpoint.
