Appearance
Appearance
Component options for @mes/aps@1.23.0. Prefix Settings names with schedule.; see how to fill in a record.
These options change drawing appearance, not data or element positions. Operations covers bar labels and setup colors, arrows covers dependency colors, and drag appearance covers the valid-position outline.
drawPreferences colors go to canvas and accept CSS color strings such as #c62317, #c6231780, rgb(198, 35, 23), rgba(...), or red. Canvas ignores an invalid value and keeps its previous drawing color; the package does not validate colors. canvasBackground sets a CSS surface background.
DOM text in equipment lists, constraint panels and tooltips follows application styles. Header font size and control dimensions belong to layout.
Background
appSettings.canvasBackground
Background beneath the grid and bars on all four canvas surfaces: the main chart, supplies/requests, and secondary/material constraints. It does not change sidebar or header backgrounds.
- Type: CSS
backgroundstring. - Default:
#d9d9d9.
Grid
appSettings.drawPreferences.gridLinesColor
Color of vertical time divisions and horizontal row separators in the main chart, supplies/requests, and constraint panels. All areas use one value.
- Type: CSS color string.
- Default:
#737373.
Late operations and excess usage
appSettings.drawPreferences.lateItemColor
Color of the six-pixel strip along a late operation's upper edge and of the excess and maximum layers in secondary constraints. Material constraints do not use this color.
- Type: CSS color string.
- Default:
#C62317. - When dimmed,
inactiveElementsColorreplaces it. See operations for late label colors.
Dimming
appSettings.drawPreferences.inactiveElementsColor
Color for operations outside the highlighted operation's connections and for disabled usage, excess and maximum layers in secondary constraints. Material constraints do not use it.
- Type: CSS color string.
- Default:
#C4C4C4. - Visible only while an operation is highlighted/selected or the constraints pointer is active.
Example
A dark background, stronger grid and dark-gray dimming:
json
{
"appSettings": {
"canvasBackground": "#1f1f24",
"drawPreferences": {
"gridLinesColor": "#5a5a66",
"inactiveElementsColor": "#4b4b57"
}
}
}The chart is dark, grid lines are more visible, and unrelated operations dim to dark gray. Other colors retain their defaults because nested objects merge by key.
